Illustration

While illustration is not the forefront of my practice, I consider it the most fundamental part of everything I make. My small sketches — from mischievous characters to organic shapes — are what bring life into my ceramics and tattoos. Although I work mostly digitally, I try to capture a soft, textured feel, as if it were drawn with pencil or crayon on paper.
