Processing Times

I aim to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
All orders are shipped through PostNL, which will hand over the parcel to your local courier for the final leg of delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight. Prices are excluding any additional tax/tariffs.

Australia, New Zealand

If your country isn’t listed but you’d like to place an order, please get in touch through my contact page and I’ll do my best to arrange shipping for you.

US Trariffs

My ceramics should be exempt from paying additional taxes/tariffs when entering the US as they fall under chapter 97 "Works of art, collectors’ pieces and antiques" of the Harmonised System (HS). There may be delays to the US as I am still understanding all these new laws.

Damaged or Lost Goods

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please contact me through the contact page within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including a photo of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll be happy to assist you with a refund or a remake of the order.

Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been handed over to the courier. If you experience issues with delivery or suspect your parcel may be lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
