Orders are processed once payment has been received.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and may change without notice.

If there’s an issue with your order — such as an item being out of stock — I’ll contact you as soon as possible.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion.

3. Shipping

I aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include tracking where available.

Fragile Studios is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed over to the postal service.

4. Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
I’ll be happy to offer a refund or store credit depending on the situation.

All pieces are final sale and are exempt from returns.

Each piece is made by hand, which means no two are exactly alike.
I do my best to photograph and describe all products accurately, but slight color differences may occur depending on your screen.
